Before you move ahead, you need to understand that Pinterest gives you an option to deactivate your account and not delete. So, in a way, your account will be in a suspended state and not completely deleted.
The process of deactivating a Pinterest account is simple and easy.
Login to your Pinterest account to get started.
Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner. (We are just getting started on Pinterest, so we are surely not going away soon :))
Now, you need to click on settings from the dropdown and proceed.
As you scroll down a little you will see the option to deactivate your account. Click on deactivate and proceed.
In the next page, you will get the option to choose why you want to leave the platform. You can select any of the option and click on deactivate.
